One of those places you must see once in your life!

This resort is located in Finland’s part of Lapland, the country of Santa Claus. The official hometown of Santa, Rovaniemi, is about 3 hours far from the resort by bus.

Kakslauttanen is in pure wild nature, but the nearest airport is just 30 minutes by bus, so you can arrive there easily.

Roads are excellent in Lapland too, so you can travel by your own car if you prefer.

The ski season is very long, from October until May.

Northern light, which you probably will see from your bed (from late August until early April), makes this place magical and unforgettable.

Some people may not know that this place can be visited all year round. All seasons are different, but each is fabulous in its own way.

In summer, from April until late August, you can not see Aurora Borealis, but you can enjoy the famous Midnight sun and go picking delicious and healthy wild berries and mushrooms.
